Castleman Accepts New Position At Lottery

Story Photo Chad Castleman, Jefferson City, recently accepted a new position at the Missouri Lottery.  Castleman is now the customer care unit manager.  Over the past nine years at the Lottery, Castleman has worked as the mailroom lead, temporary mailroom supervisor and mailroom equipment operator at the Lottery.

Castleman will be responsible for supervising the Lottery’s customer care unit, which provides customer service to Lottery players, retailers and visitors.

Castleman earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration in management and marketing from Columbia College in Columbia.
