O'Fallon Man Wins $100,000 Instantly
A 32-year-old O’Fallon man uncovered a $100,000 prize playing the Missouri Lottery’s "Big Money" Scratchers game. Joseph Russell purchased his winning ticket at Convenient Food, 2035 Highway K in O’Fallon, and claimed it at the Lottery’s St. Louis office on April 30.The $5 game, "Big Money," officially began on March 29.
