GRAVOIS MILLS MAN CLAIMS $100,000 PRIZE

A 44-year-old Gravois Mills man is $100,000 richer after matching all five white-ball numbers in the Dec. 9 Powerball drawing. Terry Jones purchased his winning ticket at Laurie Amoco, 114 N. Main in Laurie. Jones let the computer pick his lucky numbers. They were: 8, 10, 14, 41 and 42. To date, 507 Powerball tickets worth $100,000 have been sold in Missouri since the game began in 1992.
