Camdenton Homemaker Uncovers Top Lottery Prize

Story Photo A Camdenton homemaker is $50,000 richer after she uncovered the prize instantly on a Missouri Lottery “Crossword” Scratchers ticket.  Genevieve Boyer, 22, said she stopped at Phillips MPC, 2700 N. Technology Drive in O’Fallon, on March 20 to buy gas.  While there, she bought one ticket, and she scratched it off in her car.
“I ran into the store screaming,” she said.  “They looked at me like I was nuts.”
Boyer said she plans to use her prize money to buy a new car and put money into savings.  She may also take a trip.
"Crossword," a $3 Scratchers game, officially began on March 1.
