Gladstone Man Claims $200,000 Powerball Prize
A Gladstone man claimed a $200,000 Powerball prize when his ticket matched the five white-ball numbers drawn in the Feb. 23 drawing. William Cowper, 49, purchased his winning ticket at Hy-Vee Gas, 7121 N. Prospect in Gladstone.Cowper selected his own numbers to win. The winning numbers were: 8, 13, 23, 29 and 47.
This ticket was the 89th second-level winning Powerball ticket since the game was redesigned in August 2005.
