Warsaw Man Hauls in $27,777 Lottery Prize

Story Photo A Warsaw trash collector is $27,777 richer after hauling in the top prize on a Missouri Lottery "Spicy Hot 7’s" Scratchers ticket.
Charles Attebury, 52, bought $20 worth of various Scratchers tickets on Feb. 19 at Osage Mini Mart, 1013 E. Main in Warsaw.  When he scratched off the "Spicy Hot 7’s" ticket in the parking lot, he uncovered the game’s top prize.
"I love it," Attebury said of his win.
Attebury plans to use his prize money to pay off some bills.
"Spicy Hot 7’s," a $2 game, officially began on Sept. 26, 2007.
