Boonville Woman Wins $100,000 Top Prize
Rita Hillman, Boonville, is $100,000 richer after uncovering the top prize on a Missouri Lottery "Blazin’ Hot Bucks" Scratchers ticket. Hillman purchased her ticket at Bobber Restaurant, 2500 Main St. in Boonville."Blazin’ Hot Bucks," a $5 game, officially began on March 1, 2007.
