Missouri Lotto Ticket Worth $1.4 Million Sold in Wentzville

A Missouri Lotto player who buys tickets at Schnucks Market, 1960 Wentzville Parkway in Wentzville, is now $1.4 million richer! One Lotto ticket sold there for the Dec. 26 drawing matched all six numbers drawn – 1, 17, 29, 33, 35 and 39 – to win the jackpot.
"If you buy Lotto tickets there, please check them closely," said Susan Goedde, communications manager for the Missouri Lottery.
Lotto winners have exactly 180 days from the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winner has until June 23, 2008.
If you discover you hold the winning ticket, sign the back of it and take it to a Missouri Lottery office. Offices are located in Jefferson City, Kansas City, St. Louis and Springfield. Maps to each office can be found on the Lottery’s Web site on the Contact Us page.
The last time a Missouri Lotto jackpot was won was on Dec. 8. That winning ticket was purchased in Kansas City.
This is the 171st winning Missouri Lotto jackpot ticket sold and the 241st ticket worth $1 million or more overall since the Lottery began in 1986.
