CLARENCE MAN SCRATCHES OFF $25,000

A truck driver from Clarence plans to pay his house loan off after uncovering a $25,000 prize in the Missouri Lottery’s "Instant MONOPOLY√?¬? Game" on Oct. 8. Donald "Kevin" Hooper, 39, said he was redeeming a free ticket when he stopped at Jump Stop, 1702 Highway 63 North in Macon. He decided to buy two more tickets, and one of the three tickets turned out to be worth $25,000. The Missouri Lottery’s "Instant MONOPOLY?" game ticket officially went on sale March 18.
