Lotto winners have exactly 180 days from the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winner has until Feb. 28, 2008.
If you discover you hold the winning ticket, sign the back of it and take it to a Missouri Lottery office. Offices are located in Kansas City, Jefferson City, St. Louis and Springfield. Maps to each office can be found on the Lottery’s Web site on the Contact Us page.
The last time a Missouri Lotto jackpot was won was on July 14 when a Kansas City man claimed a $1.8 million jackpot with a Lotto ticket purchased at QuikTrip, 17815 E. 39th in Independence.
This is the 166th winning Missouri Lotto jackpot ticket sold and the 233rd ticket worth $1 million or more overall since the Lottery began in 1986.
