Columbia Man Claims $1.6 Million Lotto Jackpot

Story Photo A Columbia man today claimed the $1.6 million Lotto jackpot from the March 1 drawing. William Hainen purchased his winning ticket at Fast Lane HH, 7701 Roanoke Drive in Columbia. Hainen selected his winning numbers. They were: 1, 4, 5, 15, 17 and 24. In addition to Hainen’s jackpot prize, Fast Lane HH will receive a bonus equal to 1 percent of the jackpot ? $16,000 ? for selling the winning Lotto ticket. To date, 209 jackpot tickets worth $1 million or more have been sold in the Lottery’s 20 years of sales. Of those tickets sold, 157 were from the Lotto game.
