"Luckytown Cattitudes" Calendar Photo Contest Winners Announced

A St. Louis photographer whose cat Sophie has "cattitude" will be adding a new digital camera to her collection after her photo was chosen for the cover of the Missouri Lottery’s 2006 Calendar Photo Contest. Rachel Hinson of St. Louis (63109*) will receive a Canon® Digital IXUS 7.1 mega pixel camera, and 10 other photographers, whose favorite feline photos were chosen for the calendar, will receive $100 in Scratchers tickets. All winners will receive a copy of the calendar and photo credit.

• Bryna Strathmann, Florissant, whose photo was chosen for January;
  
• Sarah Grim, Columbia, whose photo was chosen for March;
  
• Sue Kassebaum, Leslie, whose photo was chosen for April;
  
• Robert Harrell, Clinton, whose photo will appear with May;
  
• David Nissen, Belton, whose photo was picked for June;
  
• Vickie Davis, Kansas City (64118*), whose photo was selected for July;
  
• Donna Wiegand, Hollister, whose photo will appear with August;
  
• Dalonda Chapman, Independence, whose photo was chosen for September;
  
• Joanna Hemenway, Mexico, whose photos were picked for October and December;
  
• Elizabeth Mitchell, Columbia, whose photo was selected for November.
  

The Lottery received 532 entries for the contest, which ran from October 2004 through July 29, 2005.
