Arkansas Man Wins $2,100 With Ticket Bought in Thayer

Story Photo A 25-year-old Arkansas man has some "Lucky Loot" after he uncovered the top prize in a Missouri Lottery Scratchers game by the same name. Chad Woolard of Williford, Ark., said he plans to use some of his prize winnings as a down payment on a "heavy duty" Dodge truck to use for his auto salvage business. He also plans to use some money for his business. Woolard purchased his winning ticket on July 7 when he stopped at Bulls Eye in Thayer. He said he used his "lucky lighter" to scratch off the ticket in his car. "I just started screaming, and I accidentally threw out the lighter," he said. "Lucky Loot," a $1 game, officially went on sale May 14.
