$1.3 Million Lotto Ticket Sold On Gravois; Third Time For Location

Story Photo For the third time in its history, the QuikTrip store located at 8205 Gravois Road in St. Louis has sold a Missouri Lotto jackpot ticket. The most recent winning jackpot ticket is worth $1.3 million, sold for the April 9 Lotto drawing. Those winning numbers are: 13, 14, 15, 17, 39 and 42. "This is one lucky location," said Gary Gonder, director of communications for the Missouri Lottery. "Like the two times before, the store will receive a bonus equal to 1 percent of the winning jackpot for selling the winning ticket. In this case, the bonus will be $13,000." On June 10, 1995, Dan and Elizabeth Greenwood of St. Louis became the Lottery’s 100th Lottery-made millionaires when they won $4.4 million with a Lotto ticket they purchased at the QuikTrip location. On Dec. 11, 1996, George and Mary Hendel of St. Louis won a $1.6 million Lotto jackpot with a ticket they bought at the same QuikTrip store. Missouri Lotto winners have exactly 180 days from the drawing to claim their prize. In this case, the winner has until Oct. 6, 2005, to come forward. If you think you hold the winning ticket, sign the back and take it to a Missouri Lottery office. Offices are located in St. Louis, Kansas City, Springfield and Jefferson City. Maps to each office can be found at www.molottery.com.
