Lottery Sends $16.8 Million To Public Education

The Lottery today transferred $16.8 million to the Lottery Proceeds Fund for public education. The March transfer of $16,880,727 is based on February ticket sales, bringing the total proceeds for fiscal year 2005 to nearly $164 million.
To date, the Missouri Lottery has generated more than $2.4 billion in proceeds for the state, including education, since ticket sales started in January 1986.

Six Scratchers Games To Expire In April
Six Missouri Lottery Scratchers games will expire in April. Those games are:
  • Game 454, "$300,000 Payout," expires April 6;
  • Game 458, "Big Money," expires April 6;
  • Game 463, "$300,000 Casino Thrills," expires April 6
  • Game 469, "Lucky 7’s Bingo," expires April 6;
  • Game 503, "Payday," expires April 25;
  • Game 505, "Fistful of $50?s," expires April 25.
