Smithville Mom Wins $10,002

Story Photo A Smithville mother is $10,002 richer after she uncovered the top prize on a Missouri Lottery ?Picture Perfect Bingo? Scratchers game. Brenna Harris, 28, said she plans to put her winnings in the bank for now. She purchased her winning ticket from Smithville Conoco, 219 N. 169 Highway in Smithville. Harris said she purchased three of the ?Picture Perfect Bingo? Scratchers tickets on Friday, Aug. 20, and thought she had won $25 on the third ticket. ?I was thrilled to win the $25,? she said. ?I showed it to my mom, and she?s the one who saw that I had actually won $10,000. I couldn?t believe it. My husband didn?t either, so we all jumped in the car and ran down to the store to check it. It?s still hard to believe.? Harris, a stay-at-home mother of two, said she and her husband, Jason, are saving their winnings for now. ?Picture Perfect Bingo,? a $2 Scratchers game, officially began on July 3.
