Cedar Hill Mom Wins $30,002

Story Photo A Cedar Hill mother is $30,002 richer after she uncovered the top prize on a Missouri Lottery "Picture Perfect Bingo" Scratchers game. Shelia Seaman, 37, said she plans to use her prize money to buy a new car, pay bills and maybe buy her children a golf cart, which they have been wanting. "I want to do something nice for my parents, too," she said. Seaman purchased her winning ticket on Aug. 22 at Convenient Food, 8401 Industrial in Cedar Hill, when she stopped in to redeem $11 worth of prize winnings from a previous purchase. "Picture Perfect Bingo," a $2 Scratchers game, officially began on July 3.
