Wal-Mart Programmer Wins $25,000 Playing The Missouri Lottery
A computer programmer for Wal-Mart in Bentonville, Ark., recently uncovered a $25,000 cash prize on a Missouri Lottery "Harley-Davidson" Scratchers ticket. Walter Gray, 31, of Sulphur Springs, Ark., said his win was "an early Father’s Day present."
Gray said he stopped in Gann’s Total One Stop in Noel on June 19 and bought $20 worth of Scratchers tickets, two of which were from the "Harley-Davidson" game. His wife scratched the latex off one of the $2 "Harley-Davidson" tickets and won $10. He uncovered the second "Harley-Davidson" ticket and it turned out to be a $25,000 winner.
"My wife went nuts," Gray said.
Gray said he and his wife, Regina, plan to use the money to pay bills and put some money in the bank. The Grays are the parents of four girls.
?Harley-Davidson®,? a $2 Scratchers game, officially began May 15.
