Camdenton Builder Constructs $9,000 For Disney World

Story Photo A Camdenton dad now has his family’s trip to Walt Disney World paid for after he uncovered a $9,000 prize on a Missouri Lottery "Triple Cash" Scratchers game. John Ryan, 43, said he and his wife, Cynthia, were planning to take their three children to the Florida theme park this summer. "We were going to Disney World anyway," he said. "This will help a little bit." Ryan said he bought five $1 "Triple Cash" tickets at Signal Food Store in Camdenton Friday evening when he stopped after work. He scratched the tickets at home while he ate dinner. When he discovered one ticket was worth $9,000, he called his wife. "I was shaking so badly, I didn’t want to drive (to tell his wife)," said Ryan, who works in construction. Ironically, Ryan said this is the second big Lottery prize he has won. About two weeks ago, he won $1,000 on a Missouri Lottery ticket. The Missouri Lottery’s $1 "Triple Cash" game officially started Jan. 14.
