Poplar Bluff Meat Cutter Slices Up $1,000

Story Photo A Poplar Bluff meat cutter is $1,000 richer after he uncovered the prize on March 16 on a "Red Hot 7’s" Scratchers ticket. Mark Sullivan, 46, said he plans to use his prize money to pay bills. Sullivan purchased his winning ticket at Amoco East, 601 E. Pine St. in Poplar Bluff. "Red Hot 7’s," a $2 Scratchers game, officially went on sale Dec. 24, 2003.
