Aurora Woman Wins $27,777 Playing Scratchers Game

Deanna Ellingsworth was yelling and talking so much after realizing she won the top prize in the Missouri Lottery?s ?Red Hot 7?s? Scratchers game that she lost her voice, according to her husband, Don, who accompanied her to the Springfield lottery office to claim her prize. Ellingsworth is a convenience store cashier at Campbell?s Convenience Store , 135 E. Church St. in Aurora, where she purchased her winning ticket. She purchased the winning ticket on Jan. 14. The Ellingsworths plan to use their winnings to pay bills. ?Red Hot 7?s,? a $2 Scratchers game, officially began on Dec. 24.
