60 Winners Made Official In First Big Sleigh Drawing

Sixty Missouri Lottery winners are now official in the first of three Big Sleigh Giveaway drawings. The winners, whose names and hometowns are posted at molottery.com, won: four first prizes of the winner’s choice of either a $4,500 travel certificate plus $500 spending cash or a $5,000 home furnishings certificate; six second-prizes of the winner’s choice of a $1,000 travel certificate plus $500 cash or a 50-inch television; and 50 third prizes of $500 cash. "I’m sure the 60 winners are quite happy to win a prize during the holiday season," said Jennifer Kempker, promotions manager for the Missouri Lottey. "The great news is that there are still two more drawings, just like this one, including a drawing for a grand-prize 2004 Lincoln AviatorŪ." The second drawing was held today in the Lottery’s Jefferson City office. An unofficial list can be found the Lottery’s Web site. Players have until Jan. 9, 2004, to enter the third and final drawing. All entries received for the three drawings will be included in the Grand Prize Drawing on Jan. 15 for the Aviator. To enter the remaining drawing, players can either mail $10 worth of Scratchers tickets from the five eligible holiday games to the Lottery, drop them off at a Lottery office, or they can enter numbers from those tickets on the Lottery’s Web site. Entries can be mailed to: Big Sleigh Giveaway, Missouri Lottery, P.O. Box 104711, Jefferson City, Mo., 65110-4711.
