LOCKWOOD WOMAN GETS $25,000 "BINGO"

Story Photo A Lockwood cashier earned a big bonus after getting off work when she bought two $2 Missouri Lottery "Lucky 7’s Bingo" tickets and won $25,003.   Diane Kenedy, 47, said she always buys a couple of Scratchers tickets after she gets off work as a cashier at Brenda’s Pump & Pantry in Lockwood.

"It’s (playing Missouri Lottery tickets) part of our evening routine," she said.

Kenedy said she and her husband, Mark, plan to save a lot of their prize money.   She said they might take a trip to California to visit their grown children and five grandchildren.  They also might use the prize money to pay for a new roof.

“Lucky 7’s Bingo,” a $2 Scratchers game, officially went on sale July 23.
