ROLLA BARTENDER WINS $1,000 ON LUCKY DAY

Story Photo A bartender for the Moose Lodge in Rolla received a $1,000 “tip” while playing the Missouri Lottery’s Club Keno at work on May 14.   Debbie Stogsdill, 50, of Rolla said she plans to use her prize money to pay off some bills and share some with her daughter, who is graduating from college.

Stogsdill said she found her lucky numbers in a horoscope book.   The entry for May 14 said it would be her “lucky day,” and it listed her six “lucky numbers.”  She decided to play those six numbers that day in a six-spot “Club Keno” game, and she won $1,000.

Club Keno began on May 28, 2002.   Players can win from $1 to $100,000 per $1 ticket per drawing.  For more information on the game, go to www.molottery.com.
