ROSCOE WAITRESS WINS $600 KENO PRIZE

A Roscoe waitress received a $600 “bonus” while playing Club Keno at work on May 7.   Barbara “Kay” Martin, 57, said she played $2 on a 5-spot game while working at Suzy Q Café, Pub and Motel in Roscoe.  She matched all five numbers drawn to win $600.

Martin said she used Quick Pick to select her five winning numbers.   They were:  14, 18, 29, 47 and 62.

“I play Keno about every day that I work,” Martin said.   “We all just have a lot of fun with it.”

Martin said she is not sure what she will do with her prize money.

“I’ll probably put it in the bank for now,” she said.

Club Keno began on May 28, 2002.   Players can win from $1 to $100,000 per $1 ticket per drawing.  For more information on the game, go to www.molottery.com.
