THAYER MAN WINS $5,000 KENO PRIZE
A 56-year-old Thayer man recently claimed a $5,000 Club Keno prize. Don Brannan, a railroad conductor, said he plans to use his winnings to fix up his house and pay a few bills. Brannan purchased his lucky Club Keno ticket at the Elks 2545, 111 Polk St. in Thayer. Brannan won the prize by matching six numbers on a six-spot game. His winning numbers were: 2, 4, 10, 21, 44 and 47.
