A Missouri Lottery Powerball ticket worth $50,000 was purchased at Sugarfoot Convenience Store, 5430 N.E. Highway 82 in Osceola, for the Nov. 5 drawing.
The numbers drawn that night were 28, 45, 53, 56 and 69, and the Powerball number was 20.
The ticket matched four of the five white-ball numbers, plus the Powerball, to win a $50,000 prize. The winner claimed the prize in the Lottery’s Springfield regional office.
Players who purchased tickets in St. Clair County in FY22 won more than $1.4 million in total Missouri Lottery prizes. Retailers in the county received more than $144,000 in commissions and bonuses in FY22, and education programs received more than $186,000 in appropriated Lottery proceeds.
Wednesday’s Powerball jackpot is estimated at $30 million. Since the Powerball jackpot was hit last Saturday, the “Jackpot Reset” promotion is now active through Nov. 26 – giving players who buy three Powerball plays on a single ticket a free $2 Powerball ticket.
