     Entries may be taken to a Missouri Lottery office in Jefferson City, Kansas City, St. Louis or Springfield.
     
     Entries mailed or delivered in person must be in an envelope no larger than 11" x 5 ¾."  Each envelope equals one entry only into the promotion. List only one name per entry. Only one entry per envelope is allowed.

Entry deadlines and drawing dates:

The Missouri Lottery will pay standard federal and state withholding taxes on the grand prize and first prize based on the total prize value. Prize winners will be liable for any additional applicable taxes. Odds of winning a prize are dependent on the number of entries received. Each entry will be eligible for one drawing.
