"Tools 4 School" Promotion

Official Promotion Rules

1. Only submissions to the Missouri Lottery within the entry period of March 1 through March 31, 2013 and provided by students who have used, or are currently using, A+ monies to attend a Missouri community college or technical school will be eligible.

2. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older.

3. The entry form, must be completed in full and submitted online, including a photo submission and an account of how entrant benefited from the program. Entry forms which are incomplete will be disqualified.

4. Only one entry per individual will be accepted and entered in this promotion. All entries must be received by the promotion deadline of 5 p.m. on Sunday, March 31, 2013.

5. All entries submitted that meet the guidelines and official rules will be included in a drawing for one (1) grand prize; three (3) first prizes and three (3) second prizes.

GRAND PRIZE: The grand-prize winner will receive $2,500. Missouri Lottery will pay all standard and state withholding taxes on the total value of this prize. FIRST PRIZE: The first-prize winners will receive $1,000.  Missouri Lottery will pay all standard and state withholding taxes on the total value of this prize. SECOND PRIZE: The second-prize winners will receive $400. ENTRY DEADLINE: Sunday, March 31, 2013 at 5 p.m. DRAWING DATE: Monday, April 15, 2013

6. Employees and immediate family members of the Missouri Lottery and its contractors are ineligible to enter or receive a prize.

7. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to the possibility of being photographed and videotaped by the Missouri Lottery, and in having their images and stories used on the Missouri Lottery website, as well as in advertising, publicity and educational and promotional activities. The Missouri Lottery is not required to provide any additional consideration for these activities.

8. Each person entering this promotion agrees by the act of participation to be bound by these rules and procedures, statutes, administrative rules and procedures of the Missouri Lottery.

9. Promotion rules and procedures are subject to change without notice as deemed necessary or appropriate by the Missouri Lottery.
