1. OBTAIN “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” GAME MATERIALS
Players may obtain a “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game board, while supplies last, at participating Missouri Lottery Scratchers retailers or at www.molottery.com.
To obtain a “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game piece, players must purchase one of the following eligible Scratchers tickets, while supplies last, at participating Missouri Lottery Scratchers retailers. Each Scratchers ticket listed below will have one, two or five detachable game pieces.
$1 Game #663 –“Sunny Money”
$2 Game #662 – “Instant Payday”
$5 Game #661 – “$100,000 Money Madness”
2. HOW TO PLAY AND WIN
COLLECTION GAME – Collect the entire series of different official collection game pieces that constitute a complete prize section of the game board as described. INSTANT WIN GAME – Collect a game piece that says “INSTANT WIN” and win that prize instantly.
NOTE: You are not a winner of any prize until your official “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game piece(s) have been verified by Missouri Lottery officials in accordance with these official rules.
To reveal the face of an official game piece, carefully scratch the area indicated on the detachable portion of your eligible Scratchers ticket.
All prizes are detailed in Rule 4 (below) with the odds of winning set forth in Rule 9 (below.) All potential winning game pieces must be verified in accordance with Rule 7 (below.)
COLLECTION GAME INSTRUCTIONS
Reveal the game piece by scratching the appropriate area on the detachable portion of the eligible Scratchers ticket, and match the area revealed on the game piece to the proper place on the prize section of the game board. When you have properly collected all of the game pieces required to complete one prize section of the game board, you must follow the redemption instructions in Rule 3 below and comply with these official rules in order to win the prize indicated.

Game pieces from sample void tickets, stolen tickets or tickets altered in any way are ineligible for this promotion.
The Missouri Lottery is not responsible for any non-promotional mail inadvertently sent to the promotion address.
The submission of the “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game materials is solely the responsibility of the participant. The participant assumes all risk of loss, damage or destruction of the “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game materials. The Missouri Lottery will not be responsible for incomplete, illegible, misdirected, late, lost, or postage-due submission of the “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game materials, which may be judged void. Proof of mailing does not constitute proof of delivery.
“HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game materials submitted by players become the property of Missouri Lottery and will not be returned.
By participating in this promotion, prize winners agree to being photographed and videotaped by the Missouri Lottery, and in having their images and non-confidential information about them used in advertising, publicity, educational and promotional activities of the Missouri Lottery. The Missouri Lottery is not required to provide any additional consideration for these activities.
Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.
In the event of a dispute arising out of these rules and procedures, a player’s sole remedy is limited to entry into another promotional drawing or event with prizes of a similar value.
Each person entering this promotion agrees by the act of participation to be bound by these rules and procedures, statutes, administrative rules and procedures of the Missouri Lottery.
6. ELIGIBILITY
Participants must be 18 years of age or older to play.
7. VERIFICATION
All “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game materials are subject to verification at Missouri Lottery headquarters. “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” game materials will be void if they fail to pass validation measures or if found to be photocopied, reproduced, altered, forged, defaced, tampered with, mutilated, stolen, unissued, unauthorized or illegible in any way or if they fail to contain special markings and/or security codes used in this promotion.
8. “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” GAME SCHEDULE
The “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” promotion will officially begin on June 7, 2007, and will officially end when games #663, #662 and #661 have all been closed. Participants will have 180 days from the official ending date of these games to redeem “HAPPY DAYS OF SUMMER” prizes. Game boards with game pieces received after that date are null, void and ineligible for any prize. Game ending dates can be found on the Lottery’s Web site at www.molottery.com.
