   Stop by any of the Missouri Lottery offices located in Jefferson City, Springfield, Kansas City or St. Louis during normal business hours, and deposit entries in the appropriately marked container. Be sure to write "You Scratch, You Score!" promotion on the front of the envelope.
   
   Entries mailed or delivered in person must be in an envelope no larger than 11" x 6."  Only one entry per envelope will be accepted. Entries must be filled out with complete name, address and phone number.
