Official Promotion Rules

How To Enter:

To participate in the “Drop the Hammer” Monster Jam promotion, an individual must be a registered member of the Missouri Lottery’s My Lottery program.  Once registered and logged in to their My Lottery account, members may submit an entry into the promotion by clicking on the “Submit An Entry” button.  Members must submit an entry prior to 5 p.m. CST, Jan. 19, 2012, to participate in the drawing.

Entry for this promotion is free to anyone who creates a My Lottery membership.  Entry does not require a purchase.  Only one entry per My Lottery member is allowed.

This promotion begins at 8 a.m. CST on Jan. 9, and ends at 5 p.m. CST on Jan. 19, 2012.

To enter the promotion, My Lottery members will be offered the chance to pick their favorite Lottery truck in the “Drop the Hammer” game and cheer for their chosen truck to win the race.  Entry into the promotion does not rely on playing the “Drop the Hammer” game and having your chosen truck win the race.  This game feature is offered only as an entertaining bonus to the promotion.

Drawing and Prizes:

On Friday, Jan. 20, 2012, TWO winners will be drawn from all eligible entries.

Each winner will receive the following:

• Four “VIP seat” tickets to the St. Louis Monster Jam at the Edward Jones Dome on Feb. 4, 2012;
• Four backstage passes for a personal VIP tour with Monster Truck drivers; and
• Official Monster Jam event merchandise

General Rules:

1. The chance of being selected in the drawing is dependent upon the number of My Lottery members registered at the time of the drawing.
2. By entering this promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless the Missouri Lottery and all companies providing prizes for this promotion from any claim, loss or any other liability arising from the participation in this promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize awarded under the promotion.
3. Players will be limited to winning once in this promotion.
4. Only persons 18 years of age or older are eligible to enter.  Winners may be asked to provide a valid driver’s license or a valid form of identification to verify identity and age.
5. Prize winners will be notified via postal mail of their prize after all verification has taken place.  The Missouri Lottery has the right to release prize winner information to various media sources and list winners’ names and pictures at www.molottery.com.
6. “VIP seat” tickets and backstage tour passes in each winner’s prize package are for four people only.  No additional tickets or passes will be provided to winners as a bonus to their prize package.
7. Any additional local, state, federal or other taxes, expenses or surcharges associated with the prizes not mentioned in these rules are the responsibility of the winner.
8. The Missouri Lottery has no liability to the winner should the trip/show arrangements be detoured or cancelled due to factors beyond the Missouri Lottery’s control.
9. The Missouri Lottery has the right, at its sole discretion, to make substitutions of equivalent kind and value in the event of unavailability of the specified prize for reasons beyond the Missouri Lottery’s control.
10. The Missouri Lottery makes no express or implied warranties of any kind with respect to the safety, appearance or performance of any prize offered.
11. The Missouri Lottery will not reimburse winners for any unused portions of the prizes offered.
12. The Missouri Lottery and its agencies cannot exchange promotional prizes for cash or any other prizes.
13. In the event of a dispute arising out of these rules and procedures, a player’s sole remedy is limited to entry into another promotional drawing or event with prizes of a similar value.
14. Each person entering this promotion agrees by the act of participation to be bound by these rules and procedures and the statutes and administrative rules and procedures of the Missouri Lottery.
15. These rules may be modified at any time at the sole discretion of the Missouri Lottery.
